By booking, attending, or participating in classes, workshops, events, parties, or activities at Wild Way Studio (“the Studio”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Our studio is designed to encourage creativity, exploration, sensory play, and hands-on experiences. While we take reasonable care to provide a safe environment, participation in activities is at your own risk.
Parent / Guardian Responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision, behaviour, and safety of their children at all times while on Studio premises.
Wild Way Studio is not a childcare service, and children must not be left unattended unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular program.
Parents and guardians are expected to:
Supervise children appropriately
Support respectful behaviour toward others and the Studio environment
Ensure activities are suitable for their child’s age, ability, and development
Participation in activities involving paint, clay, sensory materials, construction tools, loose parts, climbing, or movement play is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By attending the Studio, you acknowledge that creative and sensory play activities may involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, bumps, allergic reactions, contact with materials, or accidental injury.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Wild Way Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or illness sustained by any child or adult while attending or participating in Studio activities.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
Parents and guardians accept full responsibility for supervising and protecting their children during attendance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
While we aim to create a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the Studio is allergen-free.
Clothing & Mess
Our activities can be messy. Please dress children (and yourself if participating) in clothing suitable for painting, sensory play, water play, clay, and creative activities.
Wild Way Studio is not responsible for damage to clothing, footwear, personal items, prams, or belongings.
Tools & Materials
Some activities may involve child-safe tools, construction materials, or small loose parts. Parents/guardians are responsible for deciding whether activities are appropriate for their child.
Studio staff may refuse participation in certain activities if considered unsafe.
Photography & Social Media
We may occasionally photograph or film classes, workshops, or events for marketing and social media purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of images or videos that may include you or your child unless you notify us in writing prior to attendance.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full prior to attendance.
Class passes and memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Classes may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time.
Cancellations or missed classes within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If Wild Way Studio cancels a session, a reschedule option, credit, or refund will be offered.
Illness Policy
Please do not attend the Studio if you or your child:
Have a fever
Are vomiting
Have diarrhoea
Have a contagious illness
Are otherwise unwell
We reserve the right to refuse entry to unwell participants to protect other families.
Damage to Property
Parents/guardians are financially responsible for any deliberate or reckless damage caused by themselves or their children to Studio property, furniture, equipment, or materials.
Right to Refuse Entry
Wild Way Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful toward others, staff, or the Studio environment.
Changes to Terms
Wild Way Studio may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
