What to expect:
Mums and Bubs is a gentle, joy-filled creative experience designed especially for babies aged 0–18 months and their grown-up. Through sensory exploration, taste-safe painting and open-ended play, your little one will discover colours, textures and the magic of making—while you slow down, connect with other mums and create memories you'll treasure long after the paint has washed away.
For the Bubs
Each week, has a new theme, inviting your little one to explore, discover and make a glorious mess.
As your baby grows, so do the adventures. Older bubs will love getting hands-on with giant taste-safe painting, colourful potions, ocean-themed oobleck, edible sensory play, ice painting, foam, water play and all kinds of wonderfully messy, open-ended experiences designed to encourage curiosity and confidence.
For our younger babies, we've created a calmer experience with plenty to capture their attention too. Soft lights, sensory bottles, mirrors, musical instruments, textured treasures and gentle sensory invitations provide a beautiful space to observe, explore and take in the world around them—whether that's from your arms, a play mat or during tummy time.
And for the mums...
If your little one is happily exploring, having a feed, enjoying a cuddle or even sleeping, you'll have a creative invitation of your own. Each session there will be a mums art table which includes a simple painting or craft activity just for you. A chance to slow down, connect with other mums and make something that's just yours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not quite — Wild Way Studio is designed as a creative exploration experience rather than a step-by-step art class.
Instead of all children being guided through the same activity, the studio is set up with a range of open-ended creative stations for children and their grown-ups to explore together at their own pace. Children are encouraged to follow their curiosity, move freely between experiences, and create in their own unique way.
Our art facilitator will gently float throughout the session to support, encourage, and inspire where needed, while allowing families the freedom to explore and create together without pressure or perfect outcomes.
-
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy. While we use washable materials where possible, creativity can sometimes travel beyond the easel. Smocks are provided for children, but paint-covered hands and happy little messes are all part of the fun.
-
Just yourselves! We provide all materials and setup — you simply arrive ready to slow down, explore, create, and enjoy some quality time together.
-
Yes , we carefully choose child-friendly, non-toxic materials wherever possible and all activities are designed with young children in mind. As many classes include sensory and hands-on experiences, adult supervision is required at all times to help ensure materials are used safely.
-
Our classes are designed to be open-ended and child-led, with a variety of creative and sensory stations suitable for different ages, interests, and abilities. Some stations may include tools and materials such as child-safe chopping tools, loose parts, paint, clay, or sensory materials.
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to guide their child’s experience and choose which activities feel appropriate for their child to engage with. Our art facilitator will float throughout the session to support, encourage, and help where needed, while allowing children the freedom to explore, create, and engage at their own pace.

Our studio is a small, intimate space, so where possible we kindly ask that prams are left in the car when possible
-
To help keep our space safe for children with allergies, we kindly ask that no food is brought into the studio. Water bottles are absolutely welcome.

We completely understand that plans can change, especially with young children! While we aren't able to offer refunds, you're welcome to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your session.
As a small boutique studio, we keep our classes intimate and prepare everything in advance—from planning activities and making fresh playdough to reserving your child's place. In the lead-up to each session, we're busy creating the Wild Way magic and aren't always able to find the time to relist and fill last-minute cancellations.
For this reason, bookings cancelled within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, credit or reschedule.
Thank you for understanding and supporting our little studio.
